either a Topseal (BBA approved and assurance backed guarantee offered) or Fibretech Ltd GRP glass fibre flat roofing system. We install to newly constructed flat roofs with our GRP glass fibre flat roofing systems and we replace old traditionally covered flat roofs as well (renovation works). We offer a 25 year guarantee (fully transferable) on all of our flat roofs and use only the highest quality and latest technology materials that are available to the UK market. We are constantly updating and changing to adapt to the latest specifications that become available. Our GRP fibre glass flat roofing system is maintenance free with no seams, will not bubble or crack, tear or split. The system is eco friendly (OSB 3, tongued and grooved decking) and energy efficient. We will remove all the old flat roof coverings from site and will sheet out a leaking flat roof until we can install a new GRP glass fibre roof (weather permitting). There are a number of colours to choose from for your flat roof and we also install new PVC fascias, guttering and soffits. Fibretech GRP fibre glass flat roofing system is suitable for bay windows, dormers, extensions and garages and is 100% waterproof. We are remedial surveyors (approval 1987)
for damp and timber preservation and conservation. We are also accredited, approved contractors and installers to Kingfisher Chemicals. Specialist timber treatments can be carried on site where necessary to any existing defective timbers and would carry a 25 year guarantee in accordance with our Fibretech Limited guarantee. |
